Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains exactly what information we collect when you contact us about a University of South Alabama clinical placement, why we collect it, and what we will and will not do with it. We collect only what we need to plan your placement, and we never sell your information.
Tell us your USA track and city. No payment until your preceptor and site are confirmed.
What information do your forms collect?
Our forms collect four things: your name, your email address, your phone number, and the NP track you are pursuing. That is the full list of what we ask you to type in. We use your name to address you, your email and phone number to reply to you, and your track (for example FNP, PMHNP, AG-ACNP, or a dual track) to understand what kind of clinical site and preceptor you will need.
We do not ask for your Social Security number, financial details, or health information through our intake forms. If, later in the process, a specific step such as Castle Branch compliance requires additional information, that information is submitted directly through the relevant vendor's own system, not stored in our contact forms.
Why do you use my information?
We use your information only to plan and coordinate your clinical placement. Concretely, that means using your contact details to reach you, and using your track to source and verify a USA-approved preceptor and clinical site, work through Castle Branch compliance, and get the placement logged in CAPS so you can reach full admission at USA.
We do not use your information for unrelated marketing programs, and we do not build profiles about you beyond what is needed to do the placement work you asked us to do.
Do you sell or share my information?
No. We do not sell your information, and we do not rent or trade it to third parties for their own marketing. The only parties who ever receive your details are the ones directly involved in completing your placement, and only to the extent required to do that specific task.
For example, to verify and confirm a preceptor and site, or to complete compliance, we may share the minimum necessary details with a candidate preceptor, a clinical site, or a compliance vendor such as Castle Branch (myCB). USA's own Office for Clinical Affairs and its CAPS system are operated by the university, not by us; when a placement is logged in CAPS, that happens through the university's process. We share nothing beyond what those steps require.
Are you affiliated with the University of South Alabama?
No. USA runs a student-led placement model in which students must locate their own clinical sites and preceptors, and the university gives no guarantee of approved placement. We are one option a student may choose to help with that work. Any USA names, systems, or trademarks referenced on our site are used only to describe the placement process accurately.
How long do you keep my information, and how can I have it removed?
We keep your information only as long as needed to work on your placement and to keep records of what we did. If your placement concludes or you decide not to proceed, you can ask us to delete your contact record.
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, reply to any message we send you. A dedicated WhatsApp and SMS contact line is pending; we will update this page with that number once it is live, and we will not list a contact number here before it is real.
Good to know
Do you store my payment details on your forms?
No. Our intake forms collect only your name, email, phone, and track. Payment happens only once your preceptor and site are confirmed, and payment details are handled through the payment step, not stored in our contact forms.
Will USA see that I submitted a form to you?
Submitting a form to us does not notify USA. USA's Office for Clinical Affairs and CAPS system become involved only when an actual placement is logged during the admission process, and only with the information that step requires.
